STEL Therapies offer specialised trauma counselling for children, young people and adults.
STEL Therapies will work with clients to develop individual counselling goals to ensure clients are provided with the therapeutic support to move towards healing, resilience and re-connection (with self and others). We will work with you to create individualised counselling goals to promote safety, compassion, healing, reconnection and growth.
Our Therapy Rooms are designed to create a sense of safety and comfort.
We offer a dedicated therapeutic space for all ages. Our therapy rooms are located in Erina, Central Coast and Wickham, Newcastle, NSW. Telehealth options available for those in rural or remote areas and/or unable to attend physically.

ABOUT US
As directors of STEL Therapies, Sharni Turner and Elyce le Clercq, have created a therapeutic space of safety, compassion, and hope for clients to share, grow and heal.
Sharni and Elyce have worked together for years and across a number of public health services which have supported victims of crime in the space of complex and childhood trauma, domestic and family violence, sexual assault and mental health.
Throughout our years of experience, we have had the privilege to work with clients and have held space for them to share their worries and fears, build hope, foster resilience, learn tools to process trauma experiences and move towards reconnection (with self and others)
Sharni and Elyce are social workers, specialised trauma therapists and approved Victim Services counsellors.
